Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within [1–3 business days] after payment is received from Russell E-Commerce.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay, we’ll notify you by email.
- We do NOT ship any products. Our manufactures do.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs clearance, or weather events.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will become active within [24–48 hours].
If you have an account, you can also track your order directly under your Order History page.

We currently ship to:
- Domestic: All regions within the USA
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We currently do not ship to any other countries
6. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.
However, please reach out to us at Support@RussellECommerce.onmicrosoft.com or on our website — we’ll do our best to help.
To process a damage or lost-package claim, please:
- Save all packaging materials and damaged items.
- Take clear photos of the item(s) and packaging.
- Provide your order number and tracking details.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before confirming your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If you realized there’s an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at Support@RussellECommerce.onmicrosoft.com — we may be able to help if your order hasn’t shipped yet.
8. Split Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.
You will receive tracking information for each package if applicable.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 1 day of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
